Delete your Paper Paws account and data

Use one of the methods below to delete your Paper Paws account and related data stored on our server.

In the app

1. Open Paper Paws.
2. Go to Settings > Account & sync > Delete account.
3. Review the information that will be deleted and the subscription notice.
4. Verify your identity and select Delete account and server data.

On the web

If you cannot use the app, send the request from the Google email address previously linked to Paper Paws by selecting email Synapse Ent to delete my Paper Paws account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

• Message: I request deletion of my Paper Paws account and related data from Synapse Ent servers.
• Send from: the Google email address previously linked to Paper Paws

We compare the request with the linked account information to verify ownership, then confirm receipt and completion by email. Do not send your Google password, a full identity-document copy, card number, or raw purchase token.

Information deleted

• Google account link and Paper Paws profile
• Sign-in sessions and registered devices
• Learning backups stored on Synapse Ent servers
• Push notification registration and preferences
• Account link to membership entitlements
• Account-related support and operational information that is not legally required

After verification, account access and sessions are blocked immediately and live-system deletion is normally completed within 7 days. Isolated disaster-recovery copies are marked as non-restorable and deleted or overwritten within 30 days.

Minimum payment, contract, dispute, security, or fraud-prevention records that must be retained by law are separated from the account or pseudonymized, kept only for the applicable period, and then deleted.

Important

Google Play auto-renewal may continue after account deletion. To stop renewal, manage and cancel your Paper Paws subscription in Google Play before deleting your account.

• Deleting Paper Paws does not delete your Google account.
• Local guest progress may remain on your phone. Use Paper Paws learning-data reset or Android clear app storage if you also want to delete local data.
• Deleted server learning backups cannot be restored.

Timing and contact

• Account access and session blocking: immediately after a verified request is accepted
• Live-system deletion: normally within 7 days after verification
• Isolated disaster-recovery copies: deleted or overwritten within 30 days
